All orders are subject to acceptance by us and we will confirm such acceptance to you by on-line electronic means (the "Confirmation").
The prices for any goods or services ordered from us through this site (the "Products") will be as quoted on our site from time to time, except in the case of obvious errors. These prices include VAT and delivery costs are specified clearly during the checkout process. Prices are liable to change at any time, but any changes will not affect orders already placed and confirmed.
Payment must be by credit card. We accept payment with MasterCard, Visa and Debit Cards.
Postage is charged as detailed below within UK Mainland and Northern Ireland and items are delivered within 2-5 working days of placing the order where possible.
All garments are sent recorded royal mail.

Expected delivery is 7-10 days from ordering.
Your order will be fulfilled by us by any fulfilment date set out in the Confirmation. If you are ordering more than one Product, you should be aware that Products may be delivered separately.
You will have the right to cancel the order with us for up to 7 working days after the day following the delivery of the Products. Details of how you can cancel will be confirmed to you in the Confirmation.
If you receive a faulty Product, you should contact us and we will refund your costs for the Product and postage for returning the Product.
If you wish to return the item you have ordered for exchange or a refund, please make sure it is unused and in the original packaging (or is carefully packaged to avoid damage in transit), within 7 days of its original receipt.
Please include a letter detailing your own details, and size and colour required if an exchange is requested, and enclosed with the return. We also suggest you email us at info@menshoodiesuk.co.uk to let us know that we will be receiving the return.
Please ensure that you send the package back by insured post, as we are unable to accept liability for goods you despatch that are lost in transit.
Items are to be returned at your own expense; refunds and replacements will only be issued on the return of the goods. Where the goods are replaced, the cost of the replacement will be borne by us.

Whilst we will try to ensure that the Products are of exceptional quality, we cannot promise or give any undertaking that Products you purchase from us through the site will be of satisfactory quality and will be provided with reasonable skill and care. Our liability in connection with any Product(s) is strictly limited to the purchase price of such product or service. Contracts for the purchase of Products through this site will be governed by English Law. Any dispute arising from or related to such contracts shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English Courts.
