If you wish to return the item you have ordered for exchange or a refund, please make sure it is unused and in the original packaging (or is carefully packaged to avoid damage in transit), within 7 days of its original receipt.
Pls include a letter detailing your own details, and size and colour required if an exchange is requested, and enclosed with the return. We also suggest you email us at info@menshoodiesuk.co.uk to let us know that we will be receiving the return.
Please ensure that you send the package back by insured post, as we are unable to accept liability for goods you despatch that are lost in transit.
Items are to be returned at your own expense; refunds and replacements will only be issued on the return of the goods. Where the goods are replaced, the cost of the replacement will be borne by us.
